Any person dedicated to the purpose of this organization as outlined below shall be eligible for membership upon recommendation by the Membership Committee:

• Foster networking between entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and executives within the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, and related industries, and the members of the Corporation.
  
  
• Encourage, support, and nurture entrepreneurship among professionals from the Indian Sub-Continent by providing education and mentoring assistance for such professionals.
  
  
• Build business, research, and networking bridges between corporations, professionals, educational and research institutions and individuals in the U.S. and the Indian Sub-Continent.

Member must observe the principles and ethics outlined in the EPPIC By-Laws, or established from time to time by the Board of Directors.
