Sneha Thomas

Sneha Thomas is a Production Operations Manager for the Structural Heart division at Boston Scientific, where she is responsible for strategy and capacity planning.

Prior to this role, she led process design improvement and cost saving initiatives for the contract manufacturing group of Medtronic Neurosurgery. She also has project management experience in medical device manufacturing and technology transfers.

Sneha holds a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University. She is also an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and has been involved in mentoring and networking sessions.
